Registration fees

Members:

Early bird (until July 15th, 2025): 350 EUR

Late bird (from July 16^th 2025): 375 EUR

Young Professionals (under the age of 30): 190 EUR

Observers/non-members: 395 EUR   

Accompanying person 150 EURO                                                        

Includes: 

• Meals & coffee breaks as described in the program
• Social activities as described in the program
• Participation at seminars as described in the program
• Public transport (free of chargé for all the participants based on the QR code on the badge)

Not included: 

• Travel costs 
• Accommodation - more information under hotels, where you will find recommended hotels with special rates.

Cancellation Policy for ICCA Members, Young Professionals and Observers 

All event registrations are subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to:

Fees Charged for Cancellation:

• Before July 15^th, 2025: full refund. 
• Beginning July 16^th, 2025: No refund provided, but it is possible to change the name of the delegate

If written notice of cancellation and confirmation are not received within the specified terms, the delegate will be liable for the full registration fee, irrespective of attendance or absence.

Substitution Policy:

If a delegate is unable to attend, another person from the same organisation may attend in their place. Name changes are free of charge and allowed up to August 27^th,2025. Requests must be submitted in writing to:
