TOUR 1: For the sweetest treasure of Poznan (approx. 2h)
Discover the secrets of the St. Martin's croissant and explore Poznan from aboard a vintage tram!
Discover the lively and humorous story of Rogale Świętomarcińskie (St. Martin’s croissants), learn how to bake them and take a lesson in the Poznan dialect – you can do all of the above in the interior of a historic townhouse with a view of the Poznan City Hall. The Croissant Museum is the No. 1 tourist attraction in Poznan, and the Saint Martin’s croissant itself is a must-try delicacy with a history dating back to the mid-19th century.

After the show, participants will be met by a guide in a tram driver's uniform, who will issue tickets and take the whole group for a ride in a vintage bimba ("tram" in Poznan dialect). The journey will provide an opportunity to see the most interesting places in Poznan. In addition, parcels with mysterious objects will be waiting on the seats, ready to help you discover the city...

TOUR 2: To the roots of Poznan hospitality (approx. 2h)
A get-together at the table is not only an opportunity to satisfy hunger, but above all - to meet local culture and people. That is why we invite you to a feast in the old Poznan style.
Guides in historical costumes will take you to some of the best inns and taverns in town, where you will have the chance to taste traditional delicacies from Poznań and the Wielkopolska (Greater Poland) region. You will also get to learn many interesting facts about Polish and local cuisine as well as its culinary traditions. During the tour, you will discover the most charming restaurants in Poznan, each prominent with unique historical décor and new flavors. Walking around the city, you will explore not only its tastes and aromas, but also other, lesser-known aspects of the capital of Wielkopolska. At the end of the tour, you can confidently say that you have visited and tasted the many flavors of the culinary capital of Poland.

TOUR 3: Step into the Emperor's shoes
The Poznan castle looks solid and age-old. However, it is actually the youngest castle in Europe. Its history (just over one hundred years old) might be brief for a castle, but it is indeed very rich…
Visit the last and youngest monarchical residence in Europe - the Imperial Castle (now known as the Zamek Cultural Centre). It was built at the beginning of the 20th century for the German emperor Wilhelm II, and rebuilt during World War II as Hitler's residence (the study (which is a copy of the Führer's Berlin office) and the tower balcony (that was built specially for him) have been preserved). Throughout the years, the Imperial Castle was also a Polish university, a city hall, and eventually - became a cultural center. Discover its history and visit the usually inaccessible cellars and attics.
The tour will end with refreshments in one of the halls of the historical part of the castle and with an invitation to visit the nearby interactive and multimedia Enigma Cipher Centre. The name refers to the German cipher machine, whose code was first cracked in the early 1930s by mathematicians connected with Poznan.

TOUR 4: To the roots of Polish history
Poznan is one of Poland's oldest cities with a history dating back over a thousand years, and is also associated with the birth of the nation. Spoiler alert: this tour offers the once in a lifetime chance of sitting in the stone throne of Poland's first rulers.
Join us in the oldest part of Poznan - Ostrów Tumski, the cathedral island. It is here that not only the history of the castle and the city had begun, but also – the history of the whole country of Poland. Duke Mieszko I is believed to have been baptised here in 966, which made him join the ranks of the European rulers and completely changed Poland’s status in medieval Europe. Many attractions await you during the tour: you will have a chance to see how high the ramparts of the medieval castle were, have a look at the oldest Polish cathedral with its Golden Chapel and last but not least - cross Porta Posnania, the Gate of Poznan. Porta Posnania is a modern multimedia heritage interpretation center which is also one of the most interesting avant-garde architectural realizations of recent years.
The whole tour will end in the former Lubrański Academy and today's Archdiocesan Museum, known for its unique art collection including the mysterious Sword of St. Peter. Afterwards, refreshments will be served in the picturesque courtyard.
